Annual First Aid Refresher Training Essex, Courses in Colchester and On Site

This First Aid at Work Annual Refresher Training Course is a three hour training session and will cover Primary Care First Aid Skills. This course is recommended by the HSE to prevent "Skills Fade" with regard to the previous First Aid Training that would have been conducted within your original Course.

This course is conducted at our training rooms in Ipswich Road in Colchester for Individual and small group bookings. but we also offer Onsite Training for Companies and Groups in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk.

• Scene Safety
• Barrier Use
• Primary Assessment
• One Rescuer Adult CPR
• Bleeding Management
• Shock Management
• Adult Conscious Choking Management
• Spinal Injury Management
• Participant: Workplace First Aiders.
• Course Duration: 3 Hours
• Assessment: Skills Assessment
• Certificate Expiry: Recommended Re-take Annually
