We offer two type of Child Care First Aid Courses here at Promed First Aid Training in Colchester. We are able to offer a Basic Care For Children Course and also the 12 Hour Paediatric Child Care Course for Childminders. These courses are available onsite throughout Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk for group bookings and for individuals at our Colchester training rooms. Basic First Aid for Children and Infants in Essex.
This course is ideal for Parents, Grand Parents and Groups who wish to learn Basic First Aid for Children. We are happy to travel to your premises in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk to conduct on site training for groups for this course, alternatively this can be conducted at our premises. Please see below for the course content:
- Communication and Casualty Care.
- Managing an Incident.
- Assessing the Scene Protecting Yourself and the Casualty.
- Child and Infant CPR.
- Treatment of Severe Bleeding and an Unconscious Casualty.
- Treatment of Choking in Children and Infants.
- Course Duration - Three hours Approx.

This 12 Hour Paediatric First Aid Course is conducted at our Training Rooms in Ipswich Road in Colchester, Essex, and Onsite for Groups and Companies in Suffolk, Norfolk, East Anglia.
This course is Open to Individual Child Minders and people working within the child care industry. This Program
teaches the appropriate CPR and First Aid Skills for the care
of Infants and Children.

We can also offer you a facility to conduct Online Basic Child Care Courses. If you would like to conduct Online Training for this course please click the picture on the left to start you online first aid training with us.
The course is a video based training session, with instructor led presentations.The course covers First Aid for Adults, Infants and Children. Once you have completed the course you can then print out your certification. |
