Denise was an absolutely fanastic trainer, with her current and past Health Care Professional qualifications, and superb knowledge base and experience of dealing with real life emergency situations allowed for any "what if" questions to be answered which cannot be answered by many non medically qualified trainers. There was a good mix of theory to practical ratio and we were always kept on our toes whether it be by a quick fire quiz or practicals!! Highly recommended!!

12 Hour Paediatric Course (Click to View)

Tricia made the 2 days fun, she was able to involve every body in the course and we were all having so much fun that we were learning without realising. Tricia made the course entertaining even when dealing with sad situations. She knew her stuff and was able to answer all our questions. Will recomend course to friends.This is a hard subject to teach because of the sensitive content but Tricia dealt with this in a very dignified manner.

Tricia was extremely knowledgable, and presented this in an enjoyable, informal and interesting way that was very conducive to learning. A good combination of teaching, demonstration, hands on learning and anecdotal knowledge helped retain focus, I was never made to feel silly or embarrassed to ask questions or seek clarification.

Denise was very approachable with a great deal of experience catering to everyone's learning style.
