This EFAW Emergency First Aid at Work Course in Essex meets the requirements of the HSE regulations for First Aid in the workplace. The course is a Training Session lasting a minimum of 6 contact hours and is designed to train individuals in the administration of First Aid in the Workplace. During the course you will watch power point presentations and video segments and study from a manual. There will be practical scenarios that will teach you the steps and techniques for handling life-threatening emergencies safely and with confidence.

The HSE are now recommending First Aid at Work Annual Refresher Training for this course. We will send you all the necessary information after completing Training with us to keep you First Aid Skill up to date.
