12 Hour Paediatric Child Care First Aid Course. Our open courses are conducted at our Training Rooms in Ipswich Road in Colchester, Essex, but we also offer Onsite Paediatric Training for Groups and Companies in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, London. We offer Training for people in Clacton, Colchester, Chelmsford, Braintree, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Norwich, Suffolk, Norfolk. This Program
teaches the appropriate CPR and First Aid Skills for the care
of Infants and Children.
This course meets the First Aid Requirements of Ofsted for the Early Years Foundation Stage standards, the National Childminding Association, the Pre-School Learning Alliance, and the Department for Children, Schools and Families Surestart, NCMA guidelines for Paediatric First Aid. need to complete this course, we can arrange for a Trainer
to come to you, or if you prefer your group can be trained
at our premises in Colchester, Essex.
Discounts will be subject to numbers and for onsite child care first aid training we need a minimum of 6 persons. Blended Training.
We are now able to offer an alternative to the 2 days in the classroom for Childminders and Carers who need to complete a Paediatric First Aid Course to comply with the requirements of SURESTART, OFSTED and NCMA.
Our new blended course offers a video based online course that is completed before attending a full day in the classroom with an instructor to complete the practical part of the course. This blended course, does not replace the 2 day, 12 hour classroom course, but offers an excellent alternative for those who are simply unable to spare the time to attend 2 days in a classroom only course.
To complete the Blended Course the first step is to register and purchase the online course, you will then watch a series of videos and complete a multiple choice test. When you have complete the entire online course and test you will then attend our local classroom course for one day. |
