We Offer First Aid Courses in Essex for individuals, the general public, Groups and companies. Training is conducted at our Training Centre in Ipswich Road in Colchester for individuals and small groups, but we also offer On Site First Aid Training for Companies and larger groups in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, London, East Anglia.

We also offer CPR Update Training for Doctors, Dentists, Vets. First Aid Training, Fire Marshall and Manual Handling Courses, including Manual Handling People in London at your premises. We will bring all the necessary equipment, and training materials needed for teaching.

to deal with any incidents that may arise, these courses are
