The Training for this Course consists of 18 hours over 3 Days and is designed to train individuals in the administration of First Aid and will meet all your HSE regulations and requirements for First Aid in the Workplace. During the course you will watch video segments and study from a manual that will teach you the steps and techniques for handling life-threatening emergencies safely and with confidence.

One you have completed your First Aid Training with us you will be reminded when your certification is due for renewal and also reminded about yearly First Aid Refresher Training as recommended by the HSE.

We also offer Onsite First Aid at Work Courses in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk. If you have a group who need to complete this course, we can arrange for a Trainer to come to you for Onsite First Aid Training. We do offer discounts from the normal course fee, but this will be subject to numbers attending.

We can generally fit training in to suit yourselves, providing we have prior notice. For onsite first aid training we would require a minimum of 6 persons and we will bring all the necessary training equipment needed for training.
