This Course is a Basic 3 Hour First Aid Course which covers the basic skill of administering CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation)

There will be plenty of hands on practice with a variety of different sizes of mannequins, and you will learn the ABC's of Primary Care and the very latest CPR techniques.

This Course is ideal for those who want to update their CPR skills or anyone who is interested in learning how to give Emergency First Aid to anyone who has suffered Cardiac Arrest. This Course is not designed for FIRST AID IN THE WORKPLACE.
