This course is ideal for families who want to learn first aid together. It provides your family with the skills to help each other in an emergency situation, and helps you deal with the general accidents that can happen around the house.
This course is for families with children aged ten years and over. The course covers how to deal with a casualty of any age and with any potential risk situation.
Course Content
- CPR
- Treatment of Asthma, Head Injuries, Chest Pains and Shock
- Treatment of Severe Bleeding and Severe Burns
- How to recognise Meninngitis, Poisons, Seizures, Strokes, and action to take.
- How to deal with Bone, Mussle, and Joint Injuries
- Course Duration 3 - 4 Hours

You will be assessed during the course and you will receive a Promed First Aid Certificate, or Card upon sucessful completion of the course.
Optional Additions.
We are able to offer training in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) as an Additional Module at your request. If you or your company are interested in training in the use of an AED unit there is a discounted rate for the AED Course when added to any of our other courses.
