We are an established Training Provider and we have been offering Training to Companies and Individuals for over 10 years now. Our Facilities in Colchester, Essex
Our Suite has two Rooms with all the latest quality training mannequins including Choking, CPR and a full sized Casualty Simulation Mannequin. All Courses use a Multi-Media approach and include DVD, powerpoint and realistic practical exercises (without over the top amateur dramatics!) to ensure an enjoyable and informative course.

Our Training Rooms are based in Ipswich Road, Colchester, just 2 minutes from the A12, so it is easy to get to from Ipswich, Sudbury, Chelmsford, Braintree, Haverhill, Hadleigh, Clacton, Frinton, Maldon, London areas. There is ample Free Parking and good Public Transport available. We also travel to your premises with all the necessary equipment to conduct On Site First Aid Training in Essex, Suffolk, Cambridge, Norfolk, Kent, East Anglia.

We offer First Aid Training to Doctors, Dentists, Schools, Small and Large Companies and the General Public in Essex, Suffolk, Cambridge, Norfolk, East Anglia, and on site through London. Ask our friendly Course Advisers about which Course would be suitable for you.

We offer Courses including One Day Emergency First Aid, Two Day HSE Refresher, HSE First Aid at Work, AED, CPR, 12 Hour Paediatric Courses in Essex, which meet the requirements OFSTED, SURESTART and the NCMA for the Early Years Foundation Stage standards, these courses are run at our Centre in Colchester, Essex, or On Site for Businesses or Groups.

Any of the above Courses can be conducted Onsite in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk or London and the course materials supplied with our training courses are excellent quality, are easy to understand and with excellent diagrams.

We are also able to offer more training than most, this includes Onsite First Aid Training Courses at your premises, at a time convenient to yourself to fit in with your busy schedule and also Online First Aid Courses. As we have our own training rooms in Colchester we can also offer you dedicated training sessions for your group, including weekend First Aid Courses if required.

Additional Training Available

We are also able to offer PTLLS Courses in Essex. These courses are conducted at our Centre in Ipswich Road in Colchester and this Level 3 Course meets the government requirement for Trainers and Teachers, who need an initial award for their role as a teacher or trainer in the life long learning sector.
