Why Learn CPR?

The key to survival for any person who has suffered Cardiac Arrest is having somebody nearby who can call for help and perform Basic Life Support (CPR). Often bystanders do not know how to perform CPR, or do not telephone the appropriate emergency services, with the correct information, and people are often too afraid of making things worse.

When you attend a Promed First Aid Training Course here in Essex, you will not only learn when and how to call the emergency services, but you will also learn how to perform CPR and treat many emergency accident and illness situations. Our Courses are DVD and Power Point presentation based with instructor led demonstrations and are conducted in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We do not go in for "over the top amateur dramatics" we concentrate on teaching the correct way to administer help to someone in need.
